CANCELATION POLICY

We understand if clients are unwell or have other commitments, but we would like to advise you that in booking an appointment, you are reserving a therapist in advance. Our cancellation policy is designed as part compensation for our highly trained and dedicated therapists who rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you want to cancel or rearrange an appointment. A minimum of 24 hours notice and 72 hours for Monday appointments is required. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total treatment price for non attendance or if CANCELLATION is shorter than salon policy states.

Should you decide to not have all the treatments you may have prebooked and not tell us until your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge you for the time booked .

For clients on the course of treatment who fail to arrive for appointment more than once or cancelling time is shorter than 24 hours we reserve the right to deduct a course session from a client.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.
Forever Young Beauty Clinic gives full or partial refunds for any unused CACI, Guinot or Body treatments within pre-paid courses up to 14 days from the purchase date. If any of the course treatments have been used the amount to be refunded will be based on individually priced treatments and not the course discount price.

If you are unable to complete your course due to medical reasons we would need to see a letter from the Doctor giving the reasons you cannot continue with treatment to consider a refund. We would not consider any refunds after 6 months from the purchase date.

For any refunds of courses there will be an admin fee of £50.
Forever Young Beauty Clinic does not give a refund or exchange for any products purchase .

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.

DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

PUNCTUALITY AND COURTESY
All treatment times include consultation,treatment and preparation time. To ensure you gain the most out of your appointment we advice that you arrive prior to your allotted time -to relax, have refreshing drink and forget about the stress of the outside world.

Late arrival for an appointment may constitute a reduced time, even should you be on a prepaid course or redeeming Gift Card. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled.

We respectfully request that all mobile telephones are switched off whilst you are in the salon as they can be quite disruptive to other clients enjoying treatments.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards for Forever Young Beauty Clinic can be used in full or in part-payment towards treatments or products offered.
Where a Gift Card Holder wishes to use the Gift Card towards treatments or products which are lower than the face value of the Card, no change can be given but the balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be used in full or part-payment towards a future visit to Forever young Beauty Clinic.
Where a Gift Card Holder wishes to buy treatment and or products with a higher value than the face value of the Gift Card then then he/she will be required to pay the difference.

Gift Cards must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render them invalid. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with salon offers or promotions. For clients who fail to arrive for more than once or cancelling time is shorter than 24 hours we reserve the right to deduct a treatment session from a client.

COMPLAINTS

At Forever Young Beauty Clinic we strive to provide the best professional service, however if for some reason you are unhappy with the treatment and feel you want to make a complaint or comment on the service provided please either contact a manager at the beauty clinic or call on 02073710454 for futher details, or if you would prefer to email us, please do at mona@foreveryoungbeautyclinic.co.uk and we will address your concerns as soon as we are able.
We aim to respond to any concerns within 3 working days.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

PRICING AND POLICY

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change without prior notice. The range of treatments is subject to availability.
Payment by cash and major debit / credit cards / American express

STUDENTS
We are pleased to offer a treatment discount of 10% on providing a valid student ID in order to support student status. This offer being available Monday – Friday excluding late nights.
This percentage is not available on already discounted treatments, when using a loyalty card or existing offer .

Excludes facials and gift cards.

CHILDREN
We regret that due to health and safety, we are unable to have children in the salon during treatment times unless pre-arranged with a senior member of staff. We understand that sometimes leaving your little one at home might be difficult so please let us know in advance of your treatment that this may be the case. We will try to accommodate you as far as possible but we have other clients in the salon whom we need to consider. There are certain treatments that unfortunately we need to be quite strict about children in the salon as it may be unsafe.

YOUNG CLIENTS
All young clients under 16 years old must have written parents permission to receive a treatment or should be supervised by an adult during the treatment.We are pleased to offer 10% off the treatment price.

DATA AND SECURITY

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion, like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
